Disclaimer
1. Content
Every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website. However, any and all liability which might arise from your use of, or reliance on, the information or links contained on the website is excluded. The information on this site is general information and does not constitute legal advice. aclanz reserves the right not to be responsible for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided in the internet. Liability claims against aclanz regarding material or ideal damage caused by the use or disuse of any information provided, and respectively the use of incorrect or incomplete information will therefore be rejected provided that this is not the result of verifiable willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of aclanz. All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by aclanz without separate announcement.
2. Referrals and links
Where direct or indirect references to other websites (hyperlinks) are concerned, which lie beyond the sphere of responsibility of aclanz, an obligation to assume liability would take effect exclusively in the case of aclanz having knowledge of the content, and it having been technically feasible and reasonable for aclanz to have prevented its use in the case of it having illegal content. aclanz herewith explicitly declares that at the time of setting the link, no illegal content could be detected by aclanz on the pages linked. aclanz shall have no influence on the current and future creative design, contents or copyright of the linked pages. aclanz therefore explicitly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the content of all linked pages that have been changed after setting the links. This statement shall be valid for all the links and references set within the scope of aclanz‘s own Internet offer as well as for entries by third persons in the guest books, discussion boards and mailing lists set up by aclanz. The provider of the page to which reference was made, not the party simply referring to the respective publication through links, shall solely be liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and particularly for damages that may result from the use or non-use of such information.
3. Copyright
aclanz endeavors to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used, to make use of graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by aclanz or to resort to license-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts. All the trademarks named in the Internet offer and, where applicable, those protected by third persons, are subject without restriction to the legal provisions of the respectively valid right to protected identification/trademarks and the rights of ownership of the respective registered owners. The fact that a trademark has merely been named shall not imply that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third persons! Any duplication or use of objects such as images, diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without aclanz’s agreement.

4.2.3 Cookies
Our Website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called „session cookies.“ They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain in your device’s memory until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser when you next visit the site. You can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies so that you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
4.2.4 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google Analytics cookies are stored based on Art. 6(1) f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website and its advertising.
- IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services regarding website activity and Internet usage for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google.
- Browser plugin
You can prevent these cookies being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, we wish to point out that doing so may mean you will not be able to enjoy the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the data generated by cookies about your use of the website (incl. your IP address) from being passed to Google, and the processing of these data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
- Objecting to the collection of data
You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this site: Disable Google Analytics.
For more information about how Google Analytics handles user data, see Google’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
- Outsourced data processing
We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
4.3 What are your rights with regard to data protection?
- If a data processing was carried out on the basis of your consent, you have, of course, the right to revoke the consent at any time.
- If a data processing was carried out with your consent, you have, of course, the right to revoke the consent at any time. Please note that such revocation will be effective only for the future with no impact on processing carried out before the date of revocation.
- You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data even if it can be done without your consent due to legal regulations. Please note that data processing according to the legal requirements does not require your consent in every case and therefore a revocation can be partially irrelevant. In this case we will not process your data any more, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- You have the right of access to your processed data at any time.
- Insofar as the legal requirements are met, you also have the right of immediate rectification, completion, restriction or erasure of your data.
- You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
4.4 Data Security
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and for the protection of the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection in your browser’s address line when it changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and the lock icon is displayed in your browser’s address bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.
