Our expertise covers also any legal issues regarding the formation of a company, the acquisition of a company, complex restructurings such as spin-offs, mergers, split-ups, change of legal form, financing, liquidation or sale. We have experience with internationally affiliated groups of companies as well as with medium-sized companies that are run by entrepreneurial families and with the legal questions concerning entrepreneurial succession. We represent our clients in corporate conflicts. These include: attendance at contentious shareholders´ meetings, conflict intervention measures, litigation, injuctions, arbitration proceedings and mediation.
