Litigation

We assist our clients in the resolution of conflicts – if economically reasonable without litigation. If that is not possible, we will proceed in taking legal action with total determination, tactical skill, and procedural finesse.

We have experience not only in standard cases but also in cases involving competence in more specialized areas of law and in understanding complex sets of facts and figures. We utilize all the procedural tools at our disposal such as injunctions, summary proceedings based on documentary evidence and third party proceedings. After proceedings immediate enforcement of a judgement will follow if the opponent does not comply with it.

We conduct proceedings before civil courts and specialized courts such as labor courts, tax courts, and commercial courts. We also represent our clients before the highest courts such as the Federal Tax Court, the Federal Labor Court, and the Federal Constitutional Court.
