We advise directors, officers and other company executives on: contract negotiation, compensation in accordance with the German Act on Reasonable Remuneration of Directors and Officers (VorstAG), bonus agreements, non-competition covenants, terminations and termination agreements, severance package etc.
We represent our clients in negotiations, in court proceedings and in ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). We have particular experience with dispute resolution with labor conciliation boards.
We support our clients, employers, their employees/interns in any expat matters, e. g. visa und work permit matters in Germany and Europe.
We give on-the-job-training to our clients regarding topics such as: Employment Law for Executives, Dealing with the Works Council, or Standards of EU-Law against discrimination.
