We take on the professional negotiation of agreements and contracts on behalf of our clients. In this regard, we also provide monitoring services in conflict situations and assist our clients in establishing agreements on commercial and practicable terms, including those involving corporate law, tax law, employment law, or real estate law.

Our practice covers a broad spectrum, from agreements between labor and management, and mergers and acquisitions to complex settlement arrangements and so-called “factual understandings” with governmental agencies. We are accustomed to working on such negotiations on a multilingual basis.
