We advise our clients on the individual and forward-looking estate planning. Our expertise covers drafting of wills, inheritance contracts, lasting powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, donations and anticipated estate agreements. We are experienced in any issues that may arise in business successions. The same applies to the transfer of private assets, such as real estate.

We represent our clients as heirs, communities of heirs, legatees or those entitled to a compulsory portion. Depending on the role of the parties involved, we support our clients with the settlement of the estate or the assertion of claims against the estate, including litigation if necessary.

We have particular experience in our capacity as executors of wills, also with multinational implications. Where we have given our prior consent, we shall assume the office of executor if the testator has appointed us in his will or if we are appointed by the probate court.
