Mediation<\/h1>\n

Depending on the case, we may conduct mediation in commercial disputes either as neutral mediator or\u00a0 as counsel for one of the parties. We have experience in both functions and in so-called court-related mediation and we procure also\u00a0multilingual mediations.<\/p>\n

The partners of\u00a0aclanz<\/strong>\u00a0are accredited as mediators at several institutions and have committed themselves also to the principles of the\u00a0European Code of Conduct for Mediators<\/a>, which has been developed for all kinds of mediations in civil and commercial matters and is endorsed by\u00a0the European Commission.<\/p>\n

Our experience also stems from our cooperation with the Research Center for Commercial Mediation at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
