We place particular importance on a legally valid implementation of tax-optimized structures and also collaborate with the respective tax advisors in this regard.<\/p>\n

We represent the interests of our clients in tax audits, administrative remedies and law-suits before\u00a0tax courts including defense and defense in appeals up to the Federal Tax Court.<\/p>\n

We also have experience with crisis intervention in criminal risk situations: Review of the possibility of voluntary disclosures to avoid penalties, communication with tax investigators and public prosecutors including cooperation with external criminal defense attorneys already representing clients in criminal tax proceedings.
