Real Estate Law<\/h1>\n

We advise landlords and tenants in the negotiation\u00a0for the occupying or purchasing commercial premises \u2013 from simple office space to specialized real property such as physician practices or shopping centers. In addition, we advise landlords on legal issues regarding residential space including affordable housing. This involves drafting and negotiating lease agreements, dealing with legal issues during tenancy and after termination of lease agreements, putting together actions for eviction and their enforcement.<\/p>\n

We provide advice on all aspects of the purchase and construction of real estate. Our clients are owners, buyers, builders, general contractors, contractors and service providers.<\/p>\n

With regard to brokerage law, we advise brokers on the implementation of enforceable clauses in their agreements and assist them in the enforcement of their commission claims. On behalf of broker clients we review brokerage agreements for clauses indicating excessive commissions.<\/p>\n
