In case of conflicts we safeguard the buisness interests of our clients with any legal action applicable and necessary in this regard.<\/p>\n

Our expertise covers also any legal issues regarding the formation of a company, the acquisition of a company, complex restructurings such as spin-offs, mergers, split-ups, change of legal form, financing, liquidation or sale. We have experience with internationally affiliated groups of companies as well as with medium-sized companies that are run by entrepreneurial families and with the legal questions concerning entrepreneurial succession. We represent our clients in corporate conflicts.
