Employment Law<\/h1>\n

We advise German and international businesses not only on questions of everyday employment law such as the drafting, negotiation of employment contracts, terminations of employments and severance payments, works council matters, data protection regulations but also on larger employment law projects such as company restructuring, social compensation plans, retirement benefits and collective bargaining agreement negotiations.<\/p>\n

We advise directors, officers and other company executives on: contract negotiation, bonus agreements, non-competition covenants, terminations and termination agreements, severance package etc.<\/p>\n

In certain cases, we advise works councils on issues of collective labor law, including reconciliation of interests and social plans. We have particular experience in representing works councils of international companies in the financial sector.<\/p>\n

We represent our clients in negotiations, in court proceedings and in ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). We have particular experience with dispute resolution with labor conciliation boards.<\/p>\n

We support our clients, employers, their employees\/interns in any expat matters, e. g. visa und work permit matters in Germany and Europe.<\/p>\n
